Servicing – Annual and call out
Healthcare Distribution Direct offer both annual servicing for equipment and a call out service for any breakdown of any healthcare equipment, such as hoists, profiling beds, pressure relieving mattresses, scales, ceiling track hoists and baths.
Annual Service
Our annual service plans ensure your equipment remains in fully working order, remain safe and maintains compliance with industry standard policies and recommendations. Subject to the equipment, Healthcare Distribution Direct are able to provide annual services every 6-months, yearly or at other intervals as required.
Annual Services:
- Annual service for one piece of equipment by our expert team of healthcare certified engineers.
- Should the service take longer than the anticipated thirty minutes, additional charges may be applied
- Our team are experienced in servicing major brands such as, Invacare, Carilex, Drive, Arjo, Harvest, Apollo, Apex, Shekel and Seca
- Cancellation of pre-booked appointments at short notice may be chargeable
- Service can be cancelled with four weeks’ notice.
Call Out Service
Our expert call out service includes, visiting site to establish any faults and provide full repairs on-site as required to get your equipment back up and working. If the repair takes longer than the initial anticipated half hour labour charge, additional charges may be applied. These will be notified at the time of fault analysis by the onsite expert engineers. Our call out service plan assures healthcare settings, are following industry and regulator regulations, to improve safety and ensure best practices are kept up to date.
